But first Coffee!


Hello guys, Hello coffeholics

This one blog is for us all who love coffee and cant spend a day without having it.





For me i dont consider mysefle a coffeholic. But when Ramadan is around then i get to understand the importance of coffe in my life.



i cant open my eyes in the morning and leave home without having my cup in hand. Smelling coffe in the morning is my favorite part of the day. and as the day goes by, i wouldnt say no to sipping on 2 to 3 cups.







Today i m taking you around for a tour to a different coffe corners/ bars that anyone can build in his house.

But first lets do some coffe talk.


Before saying coffe is good or bad studies is done and here is the outcome:




Coffee may have health benefits, including protecting against Parkinson's disease, type 2 diabetes and liver disease, including liver cancer.

Coffee also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression. ... So, how quickly you metabolize coffee may affect your health risk.

Like so many foods and nutrients, too much coffee can cause problems, especially in the digestive tract. But studies have shown that drinking up to four 8-ounce cups of coffee per day is safe.

Diet Wise, caffeine can boost the metabolic rate and increase fat burning, but after a while people become tolerant to the effects and it stops working. But even if coffee doesn't make you expend more calories in the long term, there is still a possibility that it blunts appetite and helps you eat less.
