But first Coffee!

Hello guys, Hello coffeholics

This one blog is for us all who love coffee and cant spend a day without having it.

For me i dont consider mysefle a coffeholic. But when Ramadan is around then i get to understand the importance of coffe in my life.

i cant open my eyes in the morning and leave home without having my cup in hand. Smelling coffe in the morning is my favorite part of the day. and as the day goes by, i wouldnt say no to sipping on 2 to 3 cups.

Today i m taking you around for a tour to a different coffe corners/ bars that anyone can build in his house.

But first lets do some coffe talk.

Before saying coffe is good or bad studies is done and here is the outcome:

Coffee may have health benefits, including protecting against Parkinson's disease, type 2 diabetes and liver disease, including liver cancer.

Coffee also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression. ... So, how quickly you metabolize coffee may affect your health risk.

Like so many foods and nutrients, too much coffee can cause problems, especially in the digestive tract. But studies have shown that drinking up to four 8-ounce cups of coffee per day is safe.

Diet Wise, caffeine can boost the metabolic rate and increase fat burning, but after a while people become tolerant to the effects and it stops working. But even if coffee doesn't make you expend more calories in the long term, there is still a possibility that it blunts appetite and helps you eat less.

So how many cups do each of you have a day?
and have you done a special bar for your obsession? if yes show me :)

here is some ideas to a cozy, simple & cool coffee bars :) enjoy it

10 Big mistakes when washing your face

Hello all and guess what,

I m back & came with a different subject today.

Yes, the mistakes we do when we wash our faces.

Either morning time after waking up or evening time getting ready to go to bed. the one should always be careful dealing with this sensitive area.

Do not think that a very known expensive brand is good for all skin types.

First get to know the type of your skin ( you can do it at any beauty stand in the malls ) and then its easy to find out what best suits you :)

lets start now with the 10th Mistakes and roll to the end for my Diy PH-Balanced face wash idea ;)

10- You dont wash your hands before removing makeup.

9- You remobe your makeup using the wet wipes. Trust me they cant completely remove makeup and dirt.

8- You remove your makeup on the go. Wash your face and chin throughly. any remaining make up can clog your pores.

7- You rub your face with the towel. NO NO NO... you should pat your face lightly with a towel. this way your skin wont stetch and this will help prevent wrinkles.

6- You scrub your face often! Scrub should be used ONLY once a week.
Otherwise your skin could get too dry and begin to peel.

5- You wash your face with either very cold water or a hot water. and it harms the protective balance in your skin.

4- You choose skin care that doesnt suit you.
Choose your skin care carefully.

  - Sensitive skin : Moisturizing skin care.
  - Oily Skin : skin care with Salicylic acid.
  - Dry skin : creamy skin care.

3- You use the same towel for your face and body. You can transfer bacteria from your body to your face.

2-You wash your face too often. It harms the protectitve balance of your skin.

1- You dont moisturize your skin after washing. Apply moisturizing cream immidiately so that your skin doesnt get dehaydrated.

Enjoy this PH-Balanced face wash:
1/4 cup liquid castile soap
1/4 cup raw honey
2 tbsp distilled water
1 tbsp argan oïl
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
10 drops Lavender oïl

Pour the liquid soap with the water in a liquid dispenser and shake it a little to activate the soap. Add the Hoeny, Argan Oil, the Venigar and lavander essential oïl. Close the bottle and shake it to mix everything nicely.
Store it in a cool dry place and it should last for a month.
Use it for a clean and balanced skin before your bed time.

Stay healthy  and beautiful.

see ya lovelies.

Cleaning hacks you wish you knew earlier

Hey all and welcome back again to my new thread.

Today i m back with some cleaning hacks that works just as magic and many of us never knew before. Or even didn't trust the effectiveness of each.

You do love cleaning or you just like tidying things up this hacks will make your life easier and more fun.

- How to clean your computer safely:

To clean your keyboard, pour some white vinegar on a microfiber cloth and scrub the keyboard thoroughly.
Use a cotton swab soaked in vinegar to clean areas that need more attention.
To clean your screen, take a microfiber cloth and wipe gently in a circular motion.
Apply a mixture of light water and vinegar if necessary.

Do always remember to avoid this products in cleaning your computer:

Acetone, Ethyl alcohol, Toluene, Ethyl acid, Ammonia, Methyl chloride.

- Chopping Board clean with no chemicals? this is how you do it:

Use Kosher salt and lemons to clean your chopping board without leaving any chemicals. and rinse with warm water.

- Greasy Stains on your walls? tell me about it:

All you need is White Chalk & a Cloth & some water to remove greasy fingerprints and other oily stains from your walls, just cover the stains with white chalk – wait a few minutes and then wipe the chalk away with a damp cloth.

- Clean cloudy glasses with vinegar:

Just use a paper towel and a small amount of vinegar to get your windows glass / mirrors look clean and perfect again!

- Blenders:

If you hate this part like me, then do this: fill the blender with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Turn it on and let it go for a few seconds. Then rinse it with warm water and Voila! Clean and ready for another juicy go.

- Use toothpaste to clean sneakers:

Toothpaste can be used not only to brush your teeth with but also to clean your sneakers. All you need is an old toothbrush and a little toothpaste to get your sneakers looking like new again!

-Wedding ring:

You don't need to visit the jewelry shop again. Mix some baking soda with water to get a paste, or use some toothpaste, and you are done. Clean and shiny!

- Kitchen/Bathroom cabinet gunk:

Mix a solution of vegetable oil and baking soda, and then use an old toothbrush to scrub all that gunky stuff out of the corners of cabinet surfaces!

-Baking Soda to clean your couch:

That easy! if you have a lingering smell or Fabric stains just brush the surface of your sofa then sprinkle baking soda over the the designated area, leave it for 15 to 20 min and then vacuum.

- Is your dish washing sponge clean?

Here we go, sponges cleans up all the dirt from everything, so don't think its clean coz its the dish soap's friend. If left in the sink, the sponge can pick up a huge amount of bacteria, so here what you have to do: pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to remove any bacteria and then rinse it in some vinegar.

- Easy way to clean your Microwave:

For an easy and fresh cleaning, add an amounts of water, vinegar & lemon in a microwave-safe bowl, set it on for 5 to 10 minutes. wait for it a little while and then wipe down the inside of the microwave with a cloth.

 -Shower head:

You only need to pour some white vinegar in a white plastic bag and fit it over the shower head, secure it with a rubber band and let it soak for an hour. Remove the bag and just wipe with a cloth.

-Make up Brushes:

Your make up brushes need a little care too, clean them up with some baby gentle shampoo. Once rinsed, make sure you hang them up to dry properly.

 -Front loading washing machine:

Mix some vinegar with the baking soda and use your sponge to clean the inside nicely.
Keep cleaning and i ll be back soon with another topic.

I hope this is useful for many of you.

Bye for now lovelies & i ll be back later with a new entry.

My top 10 best food in Morocco

Hello guys & welcome back again,

Today I m going to talk about the top 10 foods you should try once in Morocco.
Moroccan cuisine is known to be rich and influenced by the Andalusian Spain, Arabia and France civilization that is presented in a delicious combination of mouthwatering flavors.

The list is too long believe me but I m going to precise 10 dishes that is a most try and is available all the time.

My number one and all time favorite soup Harira:

Harira soup is the daily plate in Ramadan to break the fast, a plate rich with Tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas and lamb, adding to it a squeeze of lemon juice and some shopped coriander at the time of serving. It Can be found in all Moroccan houses during the holy month of Ramadan specially, as well as during the normal days of the year for diners.

Seffa:

Seffa is a well-loved Moroccan dish of steamed and sweetened couscous or broken vermicelli served with a sweet and savory onion sauce and chicken pieces topped with ground almonds, icing sugar and cinnamon.

Tagine:

A tagine is the clay cooking pot with a conical lid that gives its name to a myriad of dishes. Tagines can be seen bubbling away at every roadside café, are found in top notch restaurants and in every home, can be made with meat, chicken, fish, or veggies.

Rfissa:

It is traditionally served with chicken and lentils, made with msemen, meloui or day-old bread, it is an Arabian/Amazigh dish that is very popular in Morocco and is served during various traditional celebrations.

Bissara:

Made of dried broad beans can be served for lunch diner and even breakfast, topped with a swirl of olive oil, a sprinkling of cumin a little bit of chili if preferred and some fresh bread from the oven.

fish a la Marocaine (shermoula):

With its long Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, Morocco boasts a rich array of fish dishes. Shermoula is the combination of herbs and spices and lemon used to marinate the fish before frying, grilling or cooking in the oven.

Couscous:

Couscous or as we say in Darija 'Seksou' is a fine wheat pasta traditionally rolled by hand. It is steamed over a stew of meat and vegetables. To serve, the meat is covered by a pyramid of couscous, the vegetables & the chickpeas are placed around it.

Zaalouk:

Zaalook is a Moroccan salad of cooked auberigine and tomatoes, seasoned with garlic, paprika, cumin and a little chili powder.

Maakouda:

Maakouda is a sort of Moroccan potato beignet usually eaten as an appetizer, a side or as a filling in a crusty sandwich delicious dipped into spicy harissa sauce.

Pastilla:

Pastilla is a traditional Andalusian dish consumed in countries of the Maghreb. Andalusian people who migrated to Fez have popularized the dish throughout Morocco. It has also spread recently to Algeria and Tunisia. It is a pie which combines sweet and salty flavors; a combination of crisp layers of the crepe-like werqa dough (a thinner cousin of phyllodough), savory meat slow-cooked, in broth and spices or chicken and also fish, and then shredded, and a crunchy layer of toasted and ground almonds, cinnamon, and sugar.

And as i said earlier the list is still long for an enormous amount might talk about it in a new thread in the future as well as presenting the recipes too.

till then, bye my lovelies and stay tuned
